We stopped for a few photos as we crossed the Sky Bridge to the Tower for the first time on a sales tour.

Outside Views

Top of the World Lounge Update

Disney has released news about the Top of the World Lounge.
The full service bar on the 16th Floor with a panaromic view will seat 77 guests. Standard operating hours will be 5:00 - midnight. DVC members and their registered guests that are staying at Bay Lake Tower on DVC points will have access to the Lounge on a first come, first served basis. All of the preceding is, of course, subject to change by Disney without notice.

Building the Sky Bridge

The corner where the sky bridge connects to the Contempory 4th Floor outdoor landing (from above).

Based on the "covered outdoor Sky Way Bridge" description, I'm guessing that the sky bridge will be open to the air and not air conditioned. Here's hoping that I am wrong or it may also be open to the rain as it does sometimes come down sideways in Florida.
